[AMSTERDAM, October 3, 2024] — Unified Streaming has hired Arne Dibbits to fill a new role at the company: head of customer success.

In this position, Arne will lead the activities of the customer success teams at Unified Streaming, building an inclusive and high-performance culture that makes sure team members can thrive as they work to increase value for customers.

From Utrecht, Arne previously led the customer value management team at Eurofiber, a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions in Europe.

As head of customer success, Arne will also align and combine the goals of customers with the goals of the company. His main directive is to form and hone a ​“cohesive, data-driven, and customer-informed process.”

Arne is prepared to excel in the role, given his background.

With over eight years of experience in customer success management, specializing in generating insights; creating value propositions; analyzing and optimizing portfolios and pricing; and leading acquisition and retention programs, Arne brings to Unified Streaming a track record of raising the quotients of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

From Delft University of Technology, Arne earned a master’s degree in industrial design engineering. He also holds a bachelor degree in personal and organization development. 

Earlier in his career, Arne worked as senior portfolio manager for internet, video, telephony, and packages at Ziggo. He also spent six years at Liberty Global, where he first managed portfolio and pricing, then consumer insights.
