Unified Streaming, an innovator in the streaming technology world, has hired Federico Franco as its new sales development representative for the Latin American (LatAm) region.
Based in Montevideo, Franco comes to the streaming software company with a strong background in both tech and sales. His experience in a variety of different industries, including software, telecommunications, broadcast TV, and streaming, fits Unified Streaming’s requirements for the role.
Franco is tasked with building relationships with broadcasters, telcos, and content companies and scaling the company’s sales throughout South America and Central America.
One goal Franco has set his sights on is ensuring that Unified Streaming is able to communicate its value proposition effectively. Many potential customers throughout the region, Franco says, will benefit by using the company’s “cost-effective solutions that are proven worldwide.”
“I am very happy to be joining the Unified Streaming family, and becoming part of such an innovative and dynamic company committed to LatAm development,” Franco said. “I’m passionate about using my knowledge to help companies achieve their goals, and I look forward to bringing this experience to my new role at Unified Streaming.”
The hiring of Franco signals the Amsterdam-based company’s ambition to expand into new markets.
As the new sales development representative for LatAm, Franco will report to SVP of Global Sales and Partnerships, Simon Westbroek.
“We’re very happy to be working with Federico,” said Westbroek. “With his depth of industry knowledge and strong set of skills, he will help us achieve our streaming goals. We look forward to working with Federico, to building long-term partnerships based on trust and collaboration throughout the LatAm region.”
